Emergency Services

Our facilities and dedicated Shelter Team are proud to serve anyone impacted by domestic violence, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, or ethnicity.

Bradley Angle operates two confidential, gender-inclusive shelters in Multnomah County:

  • The Bonnie Tinker Emergency Shelter

    • Community living; staffed 24/7 by Bradley Angle

    • Named after our co-founder

  • The Tami Best Emergency Shelter

    • Four scattered site units; intermittent check-ins from advocates and staff

    • Named after a victim of domestic violence-related suicide and the mother of a former employee

Bonnie Tinker and Tami Best provide a safe haven for adults and children for up to eight weeks. During this time, our dedicated team of advocates work with survivors to identify what they need to rebuild their lives and connect them to available resources.
