100 Days, 100 Sustainers

Each year, more than 550 adults and children walk through our doors seeking safety, empowerment, healing, education, and hope. They stay at our emergency shelter, get back on their feet in transitional housing, find community in our support groups, regain financial stability in our economic empowerment program, and learn to live again after trauma.
That’s 550 people in our community who need an advocate — someone who supports them, roots for them, and stands up for their right to feel safe.
You can be that advocate.
We’re kicking off our goal of getting every one of our participants sponsored by someone in our community with a challenge: We need to find 100 sustainers in 100 days. At just $10 a month, you can make a difference in the life of someone who could be your coworker, your neighbor, your sister, your grandmother.
Why become a sustainer?
- Because it’s easy! We’ll charge your credit card or deduct your donation from your account each month — so you can set it and forget it.
- Because monthly pledges mean predictable income Bradley Angle can plan around — which means we can use it more efficiently — which, in turn, means it has a greater impact.
- Because your $10/month creates real opportunities for growth for survivors.
One leaf at a time
Over the next 100 days (until June 30), we’ll be watching as your support grows into something powerful: a commitment to creating a community where healthy, equitable family relationships are a reality for everyone. Stand up. Sponsor a leaf. Ask a friend to join you on the Bradley Angle tree.

When 4-year old Isaac came to shelter, his verbal skills were delayed, common for many young children who have witnessed domestic violence. He hit, slapped, spit, and pulled hair of all other female participants- both child and adult- as easily as waving “hi”. Isaac would frequently… MORE >
